These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of all websites, content, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) offered at https://IntimateSagas.com (the “Site”). The Services are owned and operated by LOOREE ARTS SRL, a Romanian limited-liability company (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

5. Payments & Refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed securely via our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to receive immediate access to digital content and services. In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, you explicitly waive your right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. By clicking the final payment confirmation button, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day withdrawal right provided by Romanian law (art. 9–16 of OUG 34/2014). All sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for partial use, dissatisfaction with content, or after promotional offers have been redeemed. 6. Affiliate Links & Sponsored Content

IntimateSagas.com may participate in affiliate marketing programs. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. 8. Copyright Complaints

If you believe Content on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a takedown notice to legal@intimatesagas.com with:

1. Your contact details and electronic signature;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
3. The specific URL of the allegedly infringing material on our Site;
4. A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable EU regulations. You agree that the courts located in Iasi, Romania shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to the Services.

10. Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and LOOREE ARTS SRL regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements.
